Elden Ring Nightreigns The Forsaken Hollows DLC only amplifies the highs of the base game, but greedily I still want more

short-reviews Dec 10, 2025

Seven months post-release, players have finally embraced Nightreign. Initially, it felt like a strange online multiplayer Soulslike, but familiarity has made it more enjoyable. Players now expertly navigate the map and utilize character movesets, enhancing their ability to defeat Nightlord bosses. Collecting powerful Relics has added a new layer of strategy, allowing for personalized builds. Coordination is smoother, even with random players, making sessions less frustrating. However, I can't help but feel a sense of greed; I want even more content! The DLC amplifies the highs of the base game but leaves me yearning for deeper experiences. Though the gameplay is refined, the desire for additional classes and mechanics lingers. Overall, it's a thrilling addition, yet it hints at unfulfilled potential. For more insights, read more.
